Registration

General Information

Students are accepted anytime throughout the year until a classroom has reached capacity. Enrollment for the following school year begins with pre-registration in November followed by acceptance the following February. Current families receive priority registration starting in January, with registration opening to new families in February.

Families looking to transfer to Waukesha Catholic will be asked to supply most recent report cards, test results, any disciplinary actions, etc. Middle school transfer students will be required to interview with the Principal or Associate Principal prior to registering.

All families new to Waukesha Catholic are required to have an Admissions Interview with one of the principals.

Dates and Deadlines

Current family priority registration will end on February 9th. Please note there will be a $100 late fee for registering after April 15th.

New family registrations will be processed starting on February 13th. Our classrooms are filled on a first come, first serve basis - seats cannot be reserved without a registration form and tuition deposit on file.

Returning Students

Please fill out the form enclosed in your January 25th weekly packet. Return the form with your tuition deposit to your campus office.

Students New to Waukesha Catholic

A completed registration form is required for each child you wish to register for the 2017-2018 school year. The tuition deposit is per family.

The tuition deposit is refundable only if we cannot place your child/ren in Waukesha Catholic.

Acceptance Priority

Placement of students in Waukesha Catholic, during designated enrollment period, is made according to the following priorities:

  1. Children in attendance the previous school year, providing all current school financial obligations are fulfilled.
  2. Siblings of children in attendance the previous year whose parents are parishioners of St. John Neumann, St. Joseph, St. Mary, or St. William Parish. 
  3. Children of parents who are parishioners of St. John Neumann, St. Joseph, St. Mary or St. William Parish.
  4. Siblings of children in attendance the previous year who are parishioners of other Catholic parishes, providing all current school financial obligations are fulfilled.
  5. Children of parents from other Catholic parishes.
  6. Siblings of children in attendance the previous year whose parents are not members of a Catholic parish, providing all current school financial obligations are fulfilled. 
  7. Children of parents with an interest in Catholic education.
