Students are accepted anytime throughout the year until a classroom has reached capacity. Enrollment for the following school year begins with pre-registration in November followed by acceptance the following February. Current families receive priority registration starting in January, with registration opening to new families in February.
Families looking to transfer to Waukesha Catholic will be asked to supply most recent report cards, test results, any disciplinary actions, etc. Middle school transfer students will be required to interview with the Principal or Associate Principal prior to registering.
All families new to Waukesha Catholic are required to have an Admissions Interview with one of the principals.
Dates and Deadlines
Current family priority registration will end on February 8th. Please note there will be a $100 late fee for registering after April 16th.
New family registrations will be processed starting on February 12th. Our classrooms are filled on a first come, first serve basis - seats cannot be reserved without a registration form and tuition deposit on file.
Please fill out the form enclosed in your January 24th weekly packet. Return the form with your tuition deposit to your campus office.
Students New to Waukesha Catholic
A completed registration form is required for each child you wish to register for the 2018-19 school year. The tuition deposit is per family.
