General Information
Students are accepted anytime throughout the year until a classroom has reached capacity. Enrollment for the following school year begins with pre-registration in November followed by acceptance the following February. Current families receive priority registration starting in January, with registration opening to new families in February.
Families looking to transfer to Waukesha Catholic will be asked to supply most recent report cards, test results, any disciplinary actions, etc. Middle school transfer students will be required to interview with the Principal or Associate Principal prior to registering.
All families new to Waukesha Catholic are required to have an Admissions Interview with the principal.
Dates and Deadlines
Current family priority registration will end in mid-February. Please note there will be a $100 late fee for current families registering after April 16th.
New family applications will be processed starting mid-February. Our classrooms are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis - seats cannot be reserved without a completed application form and tuition deposit on file. All brand new students K4-Grade 8 will meet with the Principal for an Admissions Interview before being enrolled.
Returning Students
Please fill out the form enclosed in your weekly packet during open registration time in January. Return the form, with your tuition deposit to your campus office, or re-register and pay your tuition deposit online.
Students New to Waukesha Catholic
A completed application form is required for each child you wish to apply for the 2023-24 school year. The tuition deposit is per family.

Acceptance Priority
Placement of students in Waukesha Catholic, during designated enrollment period, is made according to the following priorities:
Children in attendance the previous school year, providing all current school financial obligations are fulfilled and/or those students that meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.
Siblings of children in attendance the previous year provided that all the family's financial obligations have been met and/or those students that meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program. Criteria used for selection include, but are not limited to (a) those who were on the waiting list the previous year, (b) number of years as a parish/school family, (c) Parish/School participation in liturgy, stewardship of time, talent, treasure.
A child of parents who are parish members of St. John Neumann, St. Joseph, St. Mary or St. William Parish and/or those students that meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.
Children of parents from other Catholic parishes and/or those students that meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.
Children of parents who have an interest in Catholic school education and/or those students that meet the eligibility requirements for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.
