Tuition rates are set by the School Board every January for the following school year.
The 2024-2025 tuition rates are as follows:
Tuition Deposit: $100 per family
Please include the tuition deposit with your child's registration form.
If you are a member of one of our four supporting parishes, your parish pays a subsidy. Third source funding revenue covers the gap.

*In order to qualify for Parishioner Member Tuition, a family must be a member of one of the four Waukesha Catholic supporting parishes. Waukesha Catholic parish members are expected to:
Attend Mass regularly with your child.
Participate in parish activities.
Contribute a minimum of $20 per week to their home parish over and above the tuition payment.
Your parish has the final decision on your eligibility to receive a subsidy.

$5 FACTS fee for paying in full, (If you drop a check off at the Business Office by August 1, 2024 you can avoid the $5 fee.)
1% Tuition Discount if paid to Waukesha Catholic on or before August 1, 2024
Ten Monthly Payments
August 2024 - May 2025
$50 fee for more than two payments
Tuition Assistance
Waukesha Catholic tuition assistance is available to families who are members of one of the four sponsoring parishes. Applications for this Waukesha Catholic assistance are assessed by an outside agency to determine financial need. To apply, visit FACTS Tuition Management.
The Waukesha County Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Fund
The Waukesha Catholic hosted Seton Volleyball Championship also awards funds for tuition assistance each year. Any student in Waukesha County may apply for this tuition assistance by April 1st.
